Terms of Use
I hereto authorize Neumann y Cia Ltda., to bill all wireless daily rentals and use of the mobile cellular phone and/or wireless modem card. I also authorize Neumann y Cia Ltda. to ask for a deposit authorization of USD 500 (five hundred US dollars) to my credit card. If approved, I understand that any charges billed to my credit card account will be in accordance with the terms and conditions governing this rental contract. All billing is based on metered seconds for cellular rental and wireless modem has a fixed price, with unlimited data transfer. Detail of calls is given by Movistar website for cellular rentals. If this website is down when the cell phone is returned, I authorize Neumann y Cia Ltda. to keep my credit card voucher in order to charge my rental afterwards. In this case, Neumann y Cia Ltda will sent a detail of the rental by email or certified mail. Should my card details change at any time or my card is lost or stolen I agree to notify Neumann y Cia Ltda. and the appropriate credit card company inmediately. If I wish to terminate this authorization to bill my account, I will notify Neumann y Cia Ltda. Prices in this contract include VAT (19%).
